Practical driving test to be charged at premium rate - actual rate subject to time and day of test

Block booking discount applicable on advanced payment only

Lesson cancellation - 24 hours notice required prior to appointment by pupil, otherwise you will be charged for the lesson

Lesson cancellation by instructor at short notice - refund given or another slot will be allocated

Either party, subject to a valid reason, can terminate contract.

Reimbursement for block booking clients only, for lessons tuition not received, if contract is terminated.

Code of conduct

• To be punctual

• To be polite, refrain from using of bad language and/or behaviour

• To be smartly dressed with proper footwear

• Positive attitude to learning

• No smoking in the vehicle
